The paper "Adaptive complex word identification through false friend detection" by Alessio Palmero Aprosio, Stefano Menini and Sara Tonelli has been accepted as a long paper at the 28th Conference on User Modeling, Adaptation and Personalization (UMAP2020), to be held in Genova Junly 14-17.



The paper "A 3D Role-Playing Game for Abusive Language Annotation" authored by Federico Bonetti and Sara Tonelli, has been accepted at the Games & NLP Workshop, co-located with LREC 2020.



The paper "A Multilingual Evaluation for Online Hate Speech Detection" authored by Michele Corazza, Stefano Menini, Elena Cabrio, Sara Tonelli and Serena Villata has been published on  ACM Transactions on Internet Technology, vol. 20, n.2.



The paper "Adding Gesture, Posture and Facial Displays to the PoliModal Corpus of Political Interviews" authored by Daniela Trotta, Alessio Palmero Aprosio, Sara Tonelli and Annibale Elia has been accepted at the 12th Language Resources and Evaluation Conference, that will take place in Marseille 13-15 May 2020.



The paper "Following the footsteps of giants: modeling the mobility of historically notable individuals using Wikipedia" authored by Lorenzo Lucchini, Sara Tonelli and Bruno Lepri has been published on EPJ Data Science journal.



The paper "Epistolario De Gasperi: National Edition of De Gasperi’s Letters in Digital Format" authored by Sara Tonelli, Giovanni Moretti, Rachele Sprugnoli, Stefano Malfatti and Marco Odorizzi has been accepted for a poster presentation at the Ninth Annual Conference of the Italian Association for Digital Culture (AIUCD), which will take place in Milan 15th-17th January 2020. 



Our group has five papers accepted at CLIC-it 2019, the Sixth Italian Conference on Computational Linguistics that will take place in Bari, 13-15 November 2019:

1. "Annotation and analysis of the PoliModal corpus of political interviews" authored by Daniela Trotta, Sara Tonelli, Alessio Palmero Aprosio and Annibale Elia



 The paper "Automated Grading Of Short Text Answers: Preliminary Results In A Course Of Health Informatics" has been accepted for presentation at the 18th International Conference on Web-based Learning (ICWL2019).


Our paper "A System to Monitor Cyberbullying based on Message Classification and Social Network Analysis" authored by Stefano Menini, Giovanni Moretti, Michele Corazza, Elena Cabrio, Sara Tonelli and Serena Villata has been accepted at the 3th Abusive Language Workshop, that will take place 1 August in Florence, co-located with ACL2019.



The short paper "Semantifying the UK Hansard (1918-2018)" authored by Federico Nanni, Stefano Menini, Sara Tonelli and Simone Paolo Ponzetto has been accepted at the ACM/IEEE Joint Conference on Digital Libraries, that will take place June 2-6 2019 at Urbana-Champaign, Illinois. The paper is one of the outcomes of our long-term collaboration with the Data and Web Science group at University of Mannheim
