The Call for Tasks for EVALITA 2016 is out together with the important dates of the initiative.
Rachele Sprugnoli is among the EVALITA 2016 chairs together with Pierpaolo Basile (Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro), Franco Cutugno (Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II), Malvina Nissim (Center for Language and Cognition Groningen, Rijksuniversiteit Groningen), and Viviana Patti (University of Torino).

Six papers have been accepted at LREC 2016 - the 10th Language Resources and Evaluation Conference, 23-28 May 2016, Portorož (Slovenia).
The manuscript entitled "SICK through the SemEval glasses. Lesson learned from the evaluation of compositional distributional semantic models on full sentences through semantic relatedness and textual entailment" by Luisa Bentivogli, Raffaella Bernardi, Marco Marelli, Stefano Menini, Marco Baroni, Roberto Zamparelli has been published in the Language Resources Evaluation (LRE) journal.
The paper "Semantic Linking to Enrich Small Artwork Collections: Experiences with Archivio di Nuova Scrittura" by Elena Cabrio, Sara Tonelli, Serena Villata, Ahmed Missaoui and Catherine Faron Zucker has been accepted at AIUCD 2015.
Four papers have been accepted at CLiC-it 2015, the second Italian Conference on Computational Linguistics (3-4 December 2015, Trento).
Rachele Sprugnoli has been accepted at the Trier Digital Humanities Autumn School 2015.
Starting from today the DH group will host the intern Angelo Basile, who will work for a month at a project related to natural language processing applied to Dante's literary work.
