This year we have co-organised with Rachele Sprugnoli and Giovanni Moretti a shared task at Evalita2020, the Seventh Evaluation Campaign of Italian NLP tools.
DaDoEval is about automatically assigning a date or a time period to De Gasperi’s public documents, and will comprise three tasks (coarse-grained, fine-grained and year-based) and two genres (same-genre and cross-genre, with a test sample of letters). More details on tasks, data and deadlines are available at DaDoEval webpage.
On December 17th we will present the outcome of the task and discuss possible improvements for the future in an online event taking place from 10 to 11 a.m. In order to attend it is necessary to register to Evalita.
