SCAN II: Small Claim ANalysis

The goal of the SCANII EU Project is to better enforce European Small Claims Procedure  judgments through the simplification and digitalization of the enforcement procedures. The project is coordinated by Vrije University Bruxelles and involves different Academic partners from the legal and the technological domain, as well as consumers associations.

The DH group is leading work package 3, aimed at simplifying the small claim workflow and the documents needed to carry out the procedure.

The project has been funded within the EU JUSTICE program and will go from March 2022 to February 2024.
