The Digital Humanities Research Unit (DH) is looking for a Researcher in the field of Natural Language Processing applied to the legal and administrative domain. The candidate will join the activities of the DH group aimed at developing tools to classify and extract information from large amounts of data in the above domains.
The candidate is expected to:
- Participate in the SCAN2 project activities as a researcher and member of the consortium, in coordination with other researchers from the Digital Society center. SCAN2 is a EU-funded project whose goal is to enable citizens’ access to justice using (semi)automatic techniques to simplify legal documentation and instructions to perform cross-border claims;
- participate in the research activities of the DH group, in particular those related to the analysis of administrative and legal documents and the implementation of processing and classification tools for this domain.
