Digital Humanities

On Monday, December 1 2014, Federico Sangati will give an overview of the work of our group at the ILLC, the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation of the University of Amsterdam: check the programme of the presentation.

The paper "ALCIDE: An online platform for the Analysis of Language and Content In a Digital Environment" by Giovanni Moretti, Sara Tonelli, Stefano Menini, and Rachele Sprugnoli has been accepted at CLIC-it in the Digital Humanities track.

Our group will participate at a panel dedicated to Digital Humanities organized by the Humanities Design Lab at Politecnico in Milan.

The panel will be part of the Phd Course "Nurturing design Science with Humanistic knowledge".

Our group has been added to the centerNet map of digital humanities centers.

centerNet is an international network of digital humanities centers established in 2007. The map contains pointers to almost 200 DH centres in 27 coutries.

Our group will participate to the Day of DH on April 8 2014.

"Day of DH is an open community publication project that brings together scholars interested in the digital humanities from around the world to document what they do on one day, April 8th, answering the question, "Just what do digital humanists really do?""
